1. Online Purchases / オンラインでのご購入

Tax-free pricing is automatically applied to orders shipped outside of Japan.
日本国外への配送先を入力いただくと、自動的に免税価格（消費税10%除外）が適用されます。

Eligibility / 免税対象条件

  • Sales to non-residents of Japan.
    日本の非居住者への販売であること。
  • Orders shipped outside of Japan (export).
    日本国外への輸出（国外配送）であること。

How it works / 免税適用の流れ

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
    商品をカートに追加し、チェックアウトへ進んでください。
  2. Enter your overseas shipping address.
    配送先に海外住所を入力してください。
  3. Tax-free price is automatically applied.
    消費税が自動的に除外された免税価格が表示されます。

Important Notice / 注意事項

  • Customs Duties: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
    関税・輸入消費税等は、お客様（受取人）のご負担となります。
  • No Domestic Delivery: Tax exemption is not available for orders shipped to a Japanese address.
    日本国内への配送は免税対象外です。
  • Shipping Fee: International shipping costs will be calculated separately.
    海外送料は別途算出させていただきます。

2. In-Store Purchases / 実店舗でのご購入

Eligible Travelers / 免税対象者

Foreign visitors staying in Japan for less than 6 months.
日本入国から6ヶ月未満の外国人旅行者（非居住者）。

Requirements / 必要書類

Original Passport is required. (No copies)
パスポートの実物が必要です（コピー不可）。

Step-by-Step / お手続きの流れ

  • 01 Present Passport: Show your passport at the counter.
    お会計時にパスポートをご提示ください。
  • 02 Payment: Pay the tax-free price (10% off).
    消費税10%を差し引いた免税価格でお会計いたします。
  • 03 At Airport: Show your passport to Customs when leaving Japan.
    出国時、空港の税関にてパスポートを提示してください。
