Warranty Policy

If a natural failure occurs under normal use, we will repair it free of charge according to the warranty period of each product in accordance with the warranty provisions below.


■ What is covered by the warranty?

  • Natural failure of the movement (internal mechanism)

■ Cases not covered by the warranty

  • Exterior parts (metal bracelet, leather strap, case, crown, index, hands, crystal, dial, and other parts other than the interior)
  • Magnetism, water intrusion, damage to parts due to impact, malfunction
  • If the cause is other than a natural failure
  • If the product has been used incorrectly, or has been processed, repaired, or modified by the customer
  • Problems after opening the case and performing maintenance at another store
  • In the event of a breakdown due to natural disasters, fires, accidents, etc.
  • If the sales certificate is lost or if any corrections have been made to the entered information
  • If the product is transferred or sold to a third party (only the customer listed on the sales certificate is covered by the warranty)
