With our solid knowledge and skills, we provide thorough support from before the sale to after delivery, including (1) when the product arrives, (2) exterior polishing, (3) interior inspection, (4) pre-sale condition check, and (5) post-purchase maintenance.
Even after purchase, maintenance is available at special prices ( battery replacement for 1,100 yen, demagnetization, link adjustment, strap replacement free of charge, etc.).
For customers living in remote areas, we can also deliver by mail.
All products come with a warranty, and maintenance will be provided free of charge during the warranty period.
