About LE MIRAIS Collection

Although we are a venture company in our eighth year of business, we have been significantly expanding our sales and profit performance every year.
It is easy to acquire paid leave and vacation leave (such as one consecutive week), and outside of busy periods there is almost no overtime and you can leave work on time.
We have many female staff members, and many have been promoted to managerial positions despite being inexperienced in the industry. For the first three months after joining the company, you will be trained by senior employees, and after three months you will be able to do most of the work on your own. After six months of joining the company, you will be entrusted with a certain amount of work.

Evaluation System

Salary reviews are conducted once every six months.

The work you do will be evaluated and you will not only be compensated, but you will also be selected for tasks that you may not have been able to do before at a major company.
The salary system is such that the basic salary will automatically increase up to a monthly salary of 320,000 yen, and wages are guaranteed according to the length of service. (A basic salary of 320,000 yen is guaranteed after four years of service.)
Furthermore, you will receive a raise commensurate with the work you do, so most people will see their salary increase faster than the salary guarantee mentioned above.

Salary

・Wage structure: Monthly salary ・Base salary: 240,000 yen to 320,000 yen (Training period 3 months: 220,000 yen)
・Guaranteed salary: 320,000 yen (after 4 years of employment, everyone will receive at least this salary) ・Various allowances: transportation expenses (maximum 15,000 yen/month), position salary, achievement commission, President's award In addition to the basic salary above, position salary and achievement commission will be paid monthly.

(part-time job)

・Wage structure: Hourly wage ・Base salary: 1,100 yen to 1,800 yen (training period 3 months: 1,064 yen)
・Various allowances: Transportation expenses (up to 15,000 yen/month), position salary, achievement commission, President's award In addition to the basic salary above, position salary and achievement commission will be paid monthly.
