Maintenance
We have first-class watch repair technicians on staff. Our craftsmen inspect all incoming products, both the interior and exterior, and perform maintenance as necessary before selling them. All products come with a warranty and are repaired free of charge. After repairs, we offer battery replacements starting from 1,100 yen and overhauls starting from 29,500 yen. We can also request repairs from manufacturers (such as Cartier) on your behalf, or you can bring your watch to the manufacturer yourself.

Inventory check and quotation
We will check the latest distribution status and provide you with the price and delivery date.
Order Confirmed
We will take a 30% deposit as a deposit. After payment, the order will be confirmed and the product will be reserved.
Inspection and delivery
After a final inspection by our skilled craftsmen, your item will be delivered to you by mail or in-store.
ATTENTION
- For rare models, it may take some time to prepare or we may not be able to meet your request.
- As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after an order has been confirmed. In the unlikely event that an order is cancelled for personal reasons, the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
