Cancellations, returns and exchanges

■ Cancellation of product

Please note that we cannot cancel items once an order has been confirmed.
Orders that have not yet been confirmed can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone.

■ Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of branded products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the product has been shipped. Regarding jewelry, we do accept size exchanges for purchases made through our online store. Please see below for the conditions.

If repairs become necessary after purchase, we will repair the product free of charge or for a fee in accordance with the warranty regulations .

■ Exchange conditions

  • Jewelry products (excluding watches)
  • If the product is defective or the size does not fit
  • Products that can be judged as "unused" according to our store's standards
  • Products that have not been maintained by other companies
  • All accessories, sales certificates, etc. are included and there is no damage.
  • Customer request stated on the sales certificate
  • If a return request is made within 5 days of the product being shipped using the method specified by our company
  • If the product is returned to the address specified by our company within 10 days of the product's shipping date


If a customer suspects that the product is a counterfeit and requests a refund, we will have the product re-appraised by a third party and will only respond if it is determined to be a counterfeit.

■Jewelry product exchange procedure (exchange regulations 1)

1. You can apply for a return via our official LINE or by phone.

  • Only exchanges are accepted, returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges are limited to sizes that are in stock and can only be made for the same model and color.
  • The return service is only available to customers who have purchased using a credit card or bank transfer.

2. Pack the returned item.

  • When returning the item, please use the cushioning material that was included with the delivery and pack it carefully.
  • Please refrain from returning products by attaching the shipping label directly to the product's original box or packaging, or to the box containing accessories.
  • If you do not follow the above, we may not be able to provide you with a return service.

3. Ship the returned product.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returns.
  • Please send the item cash on delivery. For collection, please bring it to a convenience store or request collection from the delivery company.

4. Refund of product price

  • Refunds will be made through the credit card company used at the time of payment. In the case of bank transfers, we cannot accept transfers to accounts other than those in the name of the purchaser. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • Depending on factors such as the credit card company's closing date, refunds from the card company may be received the following month.
  • If you purchase multiple items, we will adjust the price to exclude the items you have returned.
  • We will cover the shipping costs when returning the item.

■ When to decline jewelry exchange (Exchange Policy 2)

  • The product you used
  • If a return request is not made within 5 days of the product being shipped using the method specified by our company
  • If the product has not been returned to the address specified by our company within 10 days from the date of shipment.
  • Products that have been cleaned or repaired by the customer
  • Products that have been damaged, broken or soiled by the customer
  • Products that are currently on sale and cannot be returned
  • Products purchased by mail order or order
  • Products purchased in store or confirmed in store (only eligible for mail delivery from official stores)
  • Payments made by shopping loan, cash on delivery, or credit card via Amazon Pay or Rakuten Pay are not eligible for the return service.

*When returning a product, please return all of the following: case, bag, accessories, manufacturer's warranty, our store warranty, manufacturer's instruction manual, appraisal certificate, receipt, etc. If any of these items are missing, we may refuse your return.

*If you return a product that falls under the category of items for which we cannot accept returns, we will assume that you have waived ownership of the item unless you specifically request otherwise, and we will dispose of the item at our discretion. We will also not be able to refund the purchase price.

*If excessive returns continue, we may refuse future service at our discretion.

■About cooling off

Under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, sales at our store are not subject to the cooling-off period. The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect customers from forced sales, such as door-to-door sales, and does not apply to in-store purchases or mail order sales, where customers are able to consider purchasing of their own volition.



We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (such as the product being different from what you expected).
