Cancellations, returns and exchanges
■Order Cancellations
Please note that we cannot cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
Orders that have not yet been confirmed can be cancelled. If you wish to do so, please contact us via email or phone.
■ Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of branded items, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the product has been shipped.
If repairs are required after purchase, we will provide repair services free of charge or for a fee in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
■ About Cooling-Off
Under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, sales by our shop are not subject to the cooling-off system. The cooling-off system is designed to protect customers from forced sales such as aggressive door-to-door sales; it does not apply to store purchases or mail-order sales where customers can consider their purchase of their own free will.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., the item is different from what you imagined).
