Warranty Policy
If a natural failure occurs under normal use, we will repair it free of charge according to the warranty period of each product in accordance with the warranty provisions below.
■ What is covered by the warranty?
- Natural failure of the movement (internal mechanism)
■ Cases not covered by the warranty
- Exterior parts (metal bracelet, leather strap, case, crown, index, hands, crystal, dial, and other parts other than the interior)
- Magnetism, water intrusion, damage to parts due to impact, malfunction
- If the cause is other than a natural failure
- If the product has been used incorrectly, or has been processed, repaired, or modified by the customer
- Problems after opening the case and performing maintenance at another store
- In the event of a breakdown due to natural disasters, fires, accidents, etc.
- If the sales certificate is lost or if any corrections have been made to the entered information
- If the product is transferred or sold to a third party (only the customer listed on the sales certificate is covered by the warranty)

- All repairs will be subject to a fee.
