3.Order Confirmed
Your order will be confirmed once you have paid the advance payment (30% of the product price).
After that we will prepare the product.
*We cannot refund advance payments due to customer convenience.
*If you order after-diamond processing for an item you already own, your order will be confirmed after full payment.
4.Handover
Once the product is ready, we will ask you to pay the remaining balance and then we will either mail it to you or pick it up at our Osaka Horie store.
