Tax-free pricing is automatically applied to orders shipped outside of Japan.
When you enter a shipping address outside Japan, tax-free pricing (excluding 10% consumption tax) will be automatically applied.

Eligibility / Eligibility for Tax Exemption

  • Sales to non-residents of Japan.
    The sale must be to a non-resident of Japan.
  • Orders shipped outside of Japan (export).
    The order must be for export outside of Japan (international shipping).

How it works / How tax exemption is applied

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Enter your overseas shipping address.
    Please enter your overseas shipping address.
  3. Tax-free price is automatically applied.
    The tax-free price, with consumption tax automatically excluded, will be displayed.

  • Customs Duties: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
    Customs duties, import consumption tax, etc., are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
  • No Domestic Delivery: Tax exemption is not available for orders shipped to a Japanese address.
    Domestic deliveries within Japan are not eligible for tax exemption.
  • Shipping Fee: International shipping costs will be calculated separately.

Foreign visitors staying in Japan for less than 6 months.

Original Passport is required. (No copies)
Your original passport is required (copies are not accepted).

Step-by-Step / Procedure

  • 01 Present Passport: Show your passport at the counter.
    Please present your passport at the cash register.
  • 02 Payment: Pay the tax-free price (10% off).
    You will pay the tax-free price, with a 10% consumption tax deduction.
  • 03 At Airport: Show your passport to Customs when leaving Japan.
    When departing Japan, please present your passport to Customs at the airport.
