There are three ways to place an order. All can be started by simply contacting us via LINE or email.

We will take your existing item and customize it. We accept both in-store drop-off and shipping.

【2】Order item + customization as a set (Popular)
For those who don't own the item. We will find an item that matches your desired model number, size, and condition from our stock or sourcing channels, and deliver it to you after customization.
This eliminates the hassle of searching for the item yourself and then finding a separate customization service. Everything is completed in one interaction.

【3】Just get an estimate first
Even if you just want to know "how much would it cost for this design" or "what would be the total cost for my size," that's perfectly fine.

Send us one photo, and we will provide an estimate as early as the same day. Inquiries for consultations are also very welcome.

STEP 1｜Consultation & Estimate (LINE / Email)
Please send us a photo of your existing item, or your desired model and size. We will provide details on the customization and the total cost.

STEP 2｜Item Drop-off
We accept items for drop-off at our store or via shipping. If you wish to purchase the item itself, we will find a suitable one for you.

STEP 3｜Customization
Our craftsmen will hand-set each stone. Polishing and plating are also done at this stage.

STEP 4｜Inspection & Delivery
After a full inspection, we will deliver the item to you at our store or via shipping. (Approx. 1-3 weeks from drop-off)

ATTENTION 

・The displayed price is for diamond customization (tax included). The price of the main item is not included.

・Customization costs vary depending on the size, model number, and amount of diamonds used. The exact amount will be provided in the estimate.

・After customization, maintenance and repairs at authorized brand stores may no longer be available.

・Once an item has been customized, it cannot be restored to its original condition.

・Depending on the condition of the item, customization may not be possible.

・Due to shooting environment and device used, the color and texture of the photos may differ from the actual product.
