HOW TO ORDER

There are three ways to place an order. All can be initiated by contacting us via LINE or email.

【1】Customize an item you already own
We take possession of an item you already own and customize it. We accept both in-person drop-offs and shipping.

【2】Order item + customization as a set (Popular)
For those who do not own the item. We will find a suitable model, size, and condition from our stock or sourcing channels, and deliver it to you fully customized.
This eliminates the hassle of searching for the item yourself and then separately looking for a customization service. The entire process is completed in a single interaction.

【3】Just get an estimate first
It's perfectly fine to just inquire about "how much it would cost for this design" or "what the total cost would be for my size."

If you send us just one photo, we can provide an estimate as soon as the same day. Inquiries for consultation only are also very welcome.

Please send us a photo of your item, or your desired model and size. We will provide details on the customization and the total cost.

STEP 2｜Item Deposit
You can bring your item to us in person or send it by mail. If you want us to source the item, we will find a suitable one for you.

STEP 3｜Customization
Our artisans will hand-set each stone. Polishing and plating will also be performed simultaneously.

STEP 4｜Inspection & Handover
After a full inspection, we will deliver the item to you in person or by mail. (Approximately 1-3 weeks from deposit)

ATTENTION

・The displayed price is for diamond customization (tax included). The price of the item itself is not included.

・The customization fee will vary depending on the size, model number, and amount of diamonds used. The exact amount will be provided in the estimate.

・After customization, maintenance and repairs from authorized manufacturers may no longer be available.

・Once an item has been customized, it cannot be restored to its original condition.

・Depending on the condition of the item, customization may not be possible.

・The color and texture in the photos may differ from the actual product due to the shooting environment and your device.
