We will take your existing item and customize it as is. We accept both in-store drop-offs and shipping.

【2】Order item + customization as a set (Popular)
For those who don't own the item. We will search our inventory or procurement routes for an item that matches your desired model number, size, and condition, and deliver it to you with customization completed.
This eliminates the hassle of searching for the item yourself and then separately looking for a customization service. The entire process is completed in one interaction.

【3】Request an estimate only
Even if you only want to know "how much it costs for this shape" or "what the total cost is for my size," that's fine.

Send us one photo and we will provide an estimate within the same day at the earliest. Inquiries for consultation only are also very welcome.

STEP 2｜Item Collection
We will collect your item in-store or by shipping. If you wish to purchase the item from us, we will search for one that meets your criteria.

STEP 3｜Customization
Our craftsmen will hand-set each stone. Polishing and plating will also be performed simultaneously.

STEP 4｜Inspection and Delivery
After a full inspection, we will deliver your item in-store or by shipping. (Approx. 1-3 weeks from collection)

・The displayed price is for diamond customization (tax included). The product price is not included.

・Customization costs vary depending on the size, model number, and amount of diamonds used. The exact amount will be provided in the estimate.

・After customization, you may no longer be able to receive maintenance or repairs at authorized retailers.

・Once an item has been customized, it cannot be restored to its original condition.

・Depending on the condition of the item, we may not be able to accept customization.
