There are three ways to order. All can be started by simply contacting us via LINE or email.

We will take your existing item and customize it. We accept both in-store drop-offs and shipping.

【2】Order the item + customization as a set (Popular)
For those who don't own the item. We will search our inventory or sourcing network for an item that matches your desired model number, size, and condition, then customize it and deliver it to you.
This eliminates the hassle of searching for the item yourself and then finding a separate customization service. The entire process is completed in one transaction.

【3】Get an estimate first
Even if you just want to know "how much it would cost to customize this shape" or "what the total cost would be for my size," that's perfectly fine.

Send us one photo, and we'll provide an estimate within the same day at the earliest. Inquiries for consultation only are also welcome.

Please send us a photo of your item, or your desired model and size. We will provide details on the customization and total cost.

STEP 2｜Item Collection
We will collect your item either in-store or by mail. If you wish to purchase the item itself, we will find a suitable piece for you.

STEP 3｜Customization
Artisans will hand-set each stone. Polishing and plating will also be performed simultaneously.

STEP 4｜Inspection & Delivery
After a full inspection, we will deliver your item in-store or by mail. (Approximately 1-3 weeks from collection)

・The displayed price is for diamond customization (tax included). It does not include the price of the item itself.

・Customization costs vary depending on size, model number, and the amount of diamonds used. The exact amount will be provided in an estimate.

・After customization, maintenance and repairs at authorized brand retailers may no longer be accepted.

・Once an item has been customized, it cannot be restored to its original condition.

・Depending on the condition of the item, customization may not be possible.
