There are 3 ways to place an order. All of them can be started by simply contacting us via LINE or email.

[1] Customize your existing item
We will customize an item you already own. We accept both in-store drop-offs and shipping.

[2] Order the main unit + customization as a set (Popular)
For those who don't own the main unit. From our stock or procurement routes, we will find an item that matches your desired model, size, and condition, and deliver it to you with the customization completed.
This eliminates the hassle of searching for the main unit yourself and then finding a separate customization service. The entire process is completed with a single interaction.

[3] Just for an estimate
It's fine to just inquire about "how much it costs for this shape" or "what the total cost would be for my size."

If you send us one photo, we will return an estimate on the same day, at the earliest. Inquiries for consultation only are also very welcome.

STEP 1｜Consultation/Estimate (LINE/Email)
Please send a photo of your item, or your desired model and size. We will provide details on the customization and the total cost.

STEP 2｜Receiving your item
We will receive your item in-store or by mail. If you wish to purchase the main unit from us, we will search for an item that meets your requirements.

STEP 3｜Customization
Our craftsmen will set each stone by hand. Polishing and plating will also be done at the same time.

STEP 4｜Inspection/Delivery
After a full inspection, we will deliver your item in-store or by mail. (Approx. 1-3 weeks from receipt)

ATTENTION

・The displayed price is for diamond customization (tax included). The price of the main unit is not included.

・The customization fee will vary depending on the size, model number, and amount of diamonds used. The exact amount will be provided in the estimate.

・After customization, it may no longer be possible to receive maintenance or repairs at authorized manufacturer stores.

・Once an item has been customized, it cannot be returned to its original state.

・Depending on the condition of the item, we may not be able to accept customization.

・Due to the shooting environment and your device, the color and texture of the photos may differ from the actual product.
