1. In-Store Purchases
Eligible Travelers / Duty-exempt travelers
Foreign visitors staying in Japan for less than 6 months.
Foreign tourists (non-residents) who have been in Japan for less than six months.
Requirements
Original Passport is required. (No copies)
An actual passport is required (copies are not accepted).
Step-by-Step / Procedure

01 Present Passport: Show your passport at the counter.
Please present your passport when paying. -
02 Payment: Pay the tax-free price (10% off).
Your bill will be the duty-free price minus 10% consumption tax. -
03 At Airport: Show your passport to Customs when leaving Japan.
When leaving the country, please present your passport at the airport customs.
2. Online Purchases
Tax-free applies only to orders shipped outside of Japan.
Tax exemption only applies to "shipping outside of Japan."
How it works / Tax exemption application process
- Place your order at the regular price (including tax).
Please complete your order at the regular price (tax included). - After confirming the overseas shipping address, we will adjust the total to the tax-free price.
After confirming the overseas shipping address, we will process the change to the duty-free price.
Important Notice

Customs Duties: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs duties, import consumption tax, etc. will be borne by the customer (recipient). -
No Domestic Delivery: Tax exemption is not available for orders shipped to a Japanese address.
Shipping within Japan is not eligible for tax exemption. -
Shipping Fee: International shipping costs will be calculated separately.
Overseas shipping costs will be calculated separately.
